Data processed

The website is informative and requires no user registration. The following data are processed:

• technical browsing data required for the operation and security of the website (IP address, browser type, request date and time, server logs);
• data voluntarily provided through the contact form: full name, company, email address, subject and text of the request;
• credentials for the restricted document area, limited to authorised personnel.

Purposes and legal basis

• provision and security of the website: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
• replying to requests submitted through the contact form and managing commercial and technical contacts: pre-contractual measures at the data subject’s request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
• legal, accounting and tax obligations: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Retention

Requests submitted through the contact form are retained for as long as needed to handle the request and any subsequent relationship, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless legal obligations or legal defence require otherwise. Technical logs are retained only as long as strictly necessary for service security.

Recipients and processors

Data are accessible to the controller’s authorised personnel and to suppliers providing technical services (web hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, database), appointed as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR. Data are not disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes. No transfer to third countries is envisaged; should a supplier entail one, it takes place on the basis of the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Data subject rights

Data subjects may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to info@mya-tech.net. A complaint may also be lodged with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

Cookies, automated processing and artificial intelligence

The website uses technical cookies only; details are in the cookie policy. No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out. Information on the use of artificial intelligence tools is in the AI Act notice.
